CHRIS BENJAMIN
I'm a Freelance Creative Designer based in Houston, TX, but originally from Brooklyn, NY. I studied graphic design at the School of Visual Arts and picked up hobbies like silk screening and photography. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work with some big names such as Footlocker, Guerlain, Mac Cosmetics, IKEA, Sony Music, and many more as I built my career as a Graphic Designer.
When I'm not working on projects, I enjoy traveling, reading books, and spending quality time with my family. My ultimate goal is to enjoy life and make a difference in this world. I believe that “If you love what you do, you'll never have to work another day in your life”.
BTW, this is an old photo—but I still use it everywhere. It was my first headshot as a graphic designer, and I keep it as a reminder of where I started and the journey it took to get here. In a way, it’s my version of Tom Anderson’s iconic MySpace photo—never changed, instantly recognizable, and tied to a moment in time. Like a logo, it represents the foundation, the growth, and the story behind the work.
